“I haven’t received my mattress topper, I want my money back, as I have read the reviews of the company it is coming from and other people have had the same happen to them, I’m fuming, I will never buy from Wowcher again , I am taking this further to get my money back! Disgusting!”

“My 5 star feedback is the for the response I received from the Wowcher customer service. The delivery of my mattress was delayed and expected to be delivered before my daughter goes to Uni but it did not arrived on time as initially advised. I emailed the supplier Groundlevel.co.uk twice but had no response. I contacted the customer service of Wowcher and had responded immediately and my order was delivered two days after my contact with Wowcher.”
