“The company said the wrong mattress is becoming a pain in the backside, so getting a refund or replacement is difficult. Keep getting pushed from pillar to post. Would consider my options in future as did not save that much money by using them.”

“I am returning the product that I received as it was totally different from the product I had ordered, and 100% polyester - no sign of any bamboo content. I emailed the supplier to see if it was a mistake but they have not replied.”
