“The bus tour was good,we went the whole way round RED ROUTE. When we got off the bus,we asked the driver where to board the boat trip, which he told us,,,a 10 minute walk. When we got to the departure point for thr boat we were told that we needed separate printed tickets ! T he driver cannot print these, but should have told us to see the BIG BUS REP, waiting on the pavement, which he did not. There was no time to go back again to the boat trip as we had booked a meal out. Even though the Big bus rep printed us 4 tickets, they were NOT USED. I feel that I am owed a refund.”

“Great price and good tour. One of the drivers was a bit ruse tbh and I wouldn’t call it a tour, they’re just following a bus route and are desperate to get it done as quick as possible. Last driver on the blue route didn’t even go to the last two stops and made us get off 2 stops early. The river cruise was fun though and the guy speaking was good.”

“Fabulous value for money! Thoroughly enjoyed the experience but it was too cold to sit on the open top deck! If you want to see the main sights of London I would recommend the red route (Approx 2.5 hrs circular) Boat trip and commentary was a highlight for us.”
