“Bus tour great,commentary a bit naff pitched at kid level. River Cruise was excellent with a great live commentary 5+ Very friendly vibe asked a bus driver a question never acknowledge me very poor customer service overall.experience good”

“The river cruise was good. We took the bus tour on a friday. London streets were very congested. We spent more time in traffic jams than visiting sites. We ended up abandoning the bus and using the underground to get to diffetent sites. The bus company should have live info regarding congestion to advise customers about parts of the route that is not congested.”
