“Clean and tidy buses. Headphones and mps supplied. Helpful staff. Appreciate that they cannot control roadworks and closures however diversions were taken without announcements resulting in stops being missed including key tube stations. Again, they cannot control the traffic, but buses were stuck inching forwards for major parts of the journey, resulting in long delays. The commentary felt as though it was aimed at children. The river cruise was good with witty engaging commentary.”

“Both the open top bus and the river cruise were well worth the money spent on them. Buses were regular although diversions were in place when we travelled affecting the journey through no fault of the bus company. The river cruise was the highlight with many sightseeing opportunities through out the journey and a very informative commentary.”

“Big problems with the Bus tour. Mainly, the English plug-in commentary was terrible. 1. Important landmarks and places of great interest were not even mentioned. Sometimes mentioned in a silly, comical and inaccurate way. 2. Much of the content was just music and jokey and irrelevant banter, telling the passengers nothing. 3. The bus stopped at some stops without the stop number being announced, to remind people. 4. It would be helpful if the commentary announced, at each stop, the places of interest that could seen/experienced by hopping off at that stop. The Map is useful but I noticed that a lot of people didn’t fully understand it - even worse if their first language wasn’t English. 5. There should be clear guide, included on the Map, on how to use the headphone plug-in controller because quite a lot of passengers struggled with using it. The river Cruise was 5* Very informative and engaging commentary.”

“The boat wouldn’t let us on, The bus company didn’t tell me i needed a QR code, it was too far for me to walk back as i have terminal cancer so we didn’t use the vouchers! i wasted £126 for the 4 of us!”

“Long waits for buses. We wasted a lot of time on our day trip so ended up walking , taking public transport bus, or taxi . I think this is expensive for the amount of usage you get”
