“Really unhelpful service- poor communication had the phone put down on me a lot of times. Ended up paying a lot more for a 2 night city break than I would if I just booked it myself. Do not recommend”

“Really great value! We had 2 nights in Toulouse and 3 full days. Hotel was a 20 min walk from the city centre and a 5 min walk from the airport shuttle bus. Perfect! Toulouse itself was a delight too. We plan to do this again next year!”

“I did this, not expecting much just to get a couple of nights away, but I was lucky enough to get Thailand and has been the best hoilday I have ever been on. I did pay a little extra to upgrade, but was well worth it. The hotel was amazing and there was so much to do. I know it's more than likely I wouldn't get one of the bigs holidays again, but would definitely do this again. It was such a good experience and was fully informed of each step from buying to flying out.”

“Got offered once place. Week later they cancelled. Offered another. They cancelled. Then had to pay more even though it was them cancelling. Def wouldn’t bother again”

“The airport was 2 and a half hours from the destination. The hotel we were given was awful. The bathroom was plastic with no shower curtain and the size of a portaloo. The bedroom was tiny, no plugs at the bed and the room was dirty. The hotel was in a very very unsafe area and was barely a 2 star never mind 3. We checked out and booked another hotel which cost us another 200 euro. Overall extremely disappointed considering we paid extra for a nicer (premium choice) hotel.”

“Bad hotel in the middle of nowhere in Paris, hundreds of pounds in extra fees, etc... never using again as anyone with half a brain could find a better deal”

“Awful from the minute we booked it, didn't get the destination that we were supposed to then when we got to our holiday the hotel was closed down, was shambles from start to finish”
