“I was let down poorly. Was told false information about location of hotel and was charged a lot more than the advertised £99. I rang multiple times and sent a lot of emails which weren’t even acknowledged. I would not reccomend.”

“Worst experience. May be not their fault rather mine. I bought 2 packages for september. Got my destination to Turin.. Then they called and told me they don't have those dates in turin. Asked me to choose spain in May for additional day and charge. I agreed like a stupid. I don’t have UK passport. For next 2 months I have tried for spanish visa and didn’t get any appointment slot. And the whole package was non refundable. So lost all money. It’s a good lesson for me. From next time I am not going to buy any non refundable package.”

“Absolutely awful service from both wowcher and weekender breaks, Absolutely no customer service from either, dates/destination changed at least 3 times and I could have got the final offer for less than they wanted just fir the surcharges for flying from Manchester! Repeatedly requested a refund was told not possible, ended up losing my 200 quid EVERYONE JUST KEEP YOUR MONEY!! JUST A MASSIVE SCAM!”

“So we went to Salou .. paid the extra to stay for 5 days rather than 2 . The hotel that was selected for us was above average , spacey , clean room and lovely staff . Brilliant location but was a but rowdy in the early hours. All in all we thorougly enjoyed”

“The location and flight times we got (albeit paying more to move flights ) were very good. The hotel was a little way out of central Warsaw meaning we had to commute in every time. The main issue was the hotel as for over 16 hours it didn’t have hot water and general hygiene standards of the hotel were very low. The location of Warsaw was lovely and we were able to make the most of it.”

“The holiday itself was good. However, the proccess of booking the holiday was a nightmare. Firstly we're told were going to milan in Italy. Only to then be told that we cannot go there and we need to go somewhere else. The only offers we got were holidays to benidorm until i managed to get an offer to go to budapest instead. From here we were then told we'd have to pay additional fees for the hotel and flights. Not just the extra cost of flying from an airport outside of london”
