“Hi This is the second one I have had from yourselves delivered perfectly but I have received my 2nd box unfortunately it was delivered with pieces broken inside unable to put it together would like a replacement please”

“Box arrived with broken plastic alongbthe bottom and when the lid was attempted to be fitted the plastic lugs snapped off. Contacted the supplier who gave me a £22.00 partial refund to save on the hassle of breaking it up again to send it back.”
