“1965353 Ordered this garden box but did not receive it, I paid for it and the postage of £9.99 also activated the voucher. I reported it to Wowcher and they told me to contact the Company, I sent them an email and I never heard back from them. I’m very disappointed with wowcher and the company that supply the garden box.”

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing two garden storage boxes from Eurotrade through Wowcher: order number: 51798802. I paid in full for both items, but they have never been delivered. After waiting for my order, I contacted Eurotrade twice by email to ask for an update. Unfortunately, neither of my emails received any acknowledgement or response. As a customer, I expect clear communication and basic customer service, especially when an order has not been fulfilled. Being ignored after paying for products is unacceptable and very frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Eurotrade. Poor communication, lack of customer support, and failure to deliver paid for goods have left me very dissatisfied. I would advise potential customers to think carefully before placing an order.”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other customers should be aware of my experience. I redeemed a Wowcher voucher for a black garden storage box on 24 May and was advised that delivery would be on or before 28 May. As of writing this review, I have not received the item, any dispatch confirmation, or any meaningful update regarding its whereabouts. I repeatedly attempted to contact the merchant but received no response. I then contacted Wowcher for assistance. Wowcher informed me that they would contact the merchant on my behalf and asked me to wait 72 hours for a response. After waiting beyond that period, there was still no response from the merchant. What concerns me most is that, despite the item not being delivered and the merchant not responding, I was informed that once a voucher has been redeemed, refunds generally require the merchant to cancel the contract. As a customer, I found this very worrying because it left me questioning what practical protection is available if a merchant simply does not respond. The merchant still appeared to be actively listed and selling products while my order remained unresolved. From a customer's perspective, this was difficult to understand. To be fair, another item from the same order was delivered successfully. My complaint relates specifically to the undelivered garden storage box and the lack of communication and resolution regarding that item. If I had known in advance how difficult it would be to obtain a response when a merchant became unresponsive, I would have thought much more carefully before making this purchase. Customers should understand the process and what protections are available before committing their money. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this merchant or even Wowcher, as I was left disappointed by the level of support available when the issue arose. WOWCHER will not protect your purchase. They would leave you at the mercy of the Merchant. Be wise!”

“Although it was a very quick delivery, the storage box itself was terrible to put together what should of took 2 mins to put together took over an hour nothing would slot together and using a little bit of force snapped some of the pieces of! I managed to bodge it together, if it wasn’t for the fact that I was desperate for the box I would have sent it back! I personally wouldn’t waste your money it’s definitely not worth the price for what you get.”
