“I still haven’t received this item and I am instructing my bank to begin legal proceedings to have my money refunded,both the sale price for the item and the £9.99 which I paid for delivery. This is the second time this has happened with your website and once my money has been refunded I will never use you again,it’s a fkn disgrace your sheer chancers!!!!!!”
