“Package was fine but I couldn't activate it. That's handled external to Wowcher and the external co never got back to me. Had to get a refund from Wowcher in the end and source elsewhere.”

“Never received the product which was required on 9th February. I have chased vendor and wowcher several times and question whether this was a scam. Requested a full refund to hopefully be proven wrong.”

“It's been 7 days since I ordered from Wowcher. It took two whole days after ordering to hear from the merchant. Sent a WhatsApp message to the merchant to enquire when I will hear anything, 48 hours went by and I still haven't heard anything. Closer inspection of the wording, you can't use the subscription to extend an already established subscription, it can only be used to start a new subscription. I have been told by wowcher CS I need to leave it another 72 hours before I can even begin to start arranging a refund. Not exactly happy at the moment.”

“Shocking. Have yet to receive the license code for this. Do NOT buy!!! I have reached out to the license provider and Wowcher and heard nothing. Will never buy from here again.”

“Waiting for the best part of a week for a code to be emailed through. Numerous emails sent to Software Distribution, still waiting. Save your time and pay that little bit extra for a copy from Microsoft!”
