“So I ordered this on 26 Jan. Its now 30 Jan I have not received the code for my product. However, I've received 30 emails for more products and reviews request. Well you want an honest review, not great! I've paid to be spammed by the looks of it”

“After several days of chasing software-distribution via email I still have no licence code for microsoft 365. I had one reply initially saying they were busy with a high volume of orders, then nothing since. Very dissapointing.”

“Still not received the product almost a week later, which was guaranteed to be sent within 24 hours. The supplier said it would be with me over the weekend, but it’s now Tuesday and they’ve stopped replying to emails, and Wowcher have not replied to me either. I’m a first time customer, and I suspect it’ll be my last”

“They are not selling a product license, they are selling access to an existing Microsoft account that has Office activated on it. The description doesn't state this but you can't add this product to your own Microsoft account.”

“Not sure what to review when you have just stolen from me. I have made a purchase for Microsoft Office 365 Family, however never received my product code, although redeemed my voucher code immediately. Your customer service is nonexistent and so far I'm getting nowhere (I have not received my product code, so unable to use Microsoft Office, and not able to recover the money I have paid you(. You should be closed down, and not allowed to operate.”
