“Paid 6 days ago and still awaiting. I have raised and Wowcher were quick to respond but the issue is still not resolved and to supplier Software Distribution responded initially but then nothing. I've message them on WhatApp and no response.”

“Really disappointed. Family subscription doesn't show any option to share with other members. It is set up on a random email address so it can't be added to an existing account. Customer service havnt responded to any request for help. - AVOID”

“Didn't receive code, I had to chase company direct who were slow to respond, wowcher did nothing apart from telling me to wait three working days. Who wants to wait that long. They were hopeless. Put off ever buying again. No customer support other than contact the company direct, in the end I WhatsApp the software company and got a reply. Wowcher had the cheek to send me a message to say glad my issues was resolved and if there was anything else I needed help with... Ha they did nothing.”
