“A complete failure. Bought my voucher a week before the mega draw. Then spent whole week trying to redeem it on play together website only to get a failed message each day with a try again later message. I suspect this was because the offer was overloading their website. Wowcher didn't help resolve the issue.”

“Rubbish - do not buy. Firstly, annoying that it's unclear that it's one voucher per person. It's linked to your contact details and phone number which means any more than a single voucher has to be passed on to someone else or it's worthless. Secondly - the claiming process is ridiculously complicated. It feels like they're counting on you giving up or if it's an older person, that they just won't understand it. Thirdly, read the Trust pilot reviews!! And only the 1 star reviews. These are the only legit ones as far as I can see. Lots of people saying claiming the winning is nearly impossible, even if it is £1.43 or £11. The whole process is highly suspicious, and I wish I'd never wasted my money.”

“It's a fun thing to do! I'm not expecting to become rich but it's a very reasonable way to have a bit of fun gambling. I found it tricky to redeem the voucher at first, but the excellent instructions soon helped me out.”
