“Twice now we have bought this, and the second time you didn't answer our email. My husband has had to sit for over an hour each occasion trying to validate the voucher. It is certainly not without it's time consuming efforts to validate the voucher, so I hope we win so that we no longer need to play the lottery! Please can you sort this out Wowcher and make it a hassle free purchase for the future?”

“Made a mistake of buying more that one wowcher(Three Wowchers,) as you are only entitle to one wowcher for this supplier.However having use the one wowcher I am left with two more which I have asked for a credit to my wallet or a refund and is awaiting for the same.”

“Complicated, to enter. You need to claim the voucher then fill in a registration form. Just a lot of hassle for what’s meant to be fun.”
