“I purchased this through Wowcher and the instructions were not very clear when it came to claiming it (it seemed to be "forcing" you to sign up for a regular subscription rather than the one-0ff claim). The organization were very slow in replying to my email which meant that by the time I figured out what to do, my ticket had only one game chance.”
