“Initially the price of this holiday looked amazing at £72pp. In reality, after opting for a 3 day break in March, the total came to £432.99. I needed to change the date as my son couldn't get 3 week days off, and was charged a further £258, so a total of £690.99. Not much of a bargain break after all”

“I haven't been yet but I'm Rating it based on the experience with wowcher and the holiday company. I found it all very misleading. I found that we were forced to upgrade to make it worth while. I certainly wouldn't recommend it and I will advise people I speak to, to avoid going down this route.”

“I didn’t even go on the trip as the service and multiple mistakes made by the booking company, Prime Holidays were so incompetent that I had no faith in them getting me to Krakow. After multiple calls, emails and hours of my time to get the information for my trip the company still managed to put my plane tickets in the wrong surname and my boarding pass had me down as the wrong gender. Chasing a refund with very little communication from either Wowcher or Prime Holidays. Check Trustpilot before booking. Wish I had. 1 star across the board! She was”

“Had to pay extra for another hotel as the hotel with the deal is too far away from the city centre. Transfer from the airport to the hotel didn’t pick us up so after many phone calls we had to get a taxi. Still waiting for a refund!”

“Whilst we had a very emotional trip to auschwitz it was nevertheless very informative. Our hotel was very shabby with cracked sink, tiles and the toilet moved when you sat on it. Double glazing did not shut out any noise and the tram went on all night. We paid for transport to krakow centre from the airport and back again at the end of our holiday. It did not turn up!! We had to find our own way in a strange country to find train and taxi with extra cost and stress. What a way to spend my 75th birthday!!”
