“Krakow was such an amazing experience and a gorgeous old town. Felt so welcome and the atmosphere was just incredible. Auschwitz tour was tour I will never forget and left a feeling that made me grateful for what I have. Prime holidays was so helpful and will be using them again in the future.”

“Loved krakow and would definitely return. The only down side was hotel didn’t have aircon so was very hot and very noisy.”

“Waste of time, bought break for husbands 60th birthday, specially to go to Auschwitz. Waited at pickup point, tour company did not turn up, following numerous phone calls we were told it had been cancelled. No one had the courtesy to let us know! We were told by Prime holidays to go try book with another tour company, we tried this but all told us as it was Easter Sunday Auschwitz was not open. We were flying home on Monday so it was not possible to book for then. The whole trip was an absolute disgrace, we were booked into some dinghy apartment, so basic and looked derelict from outside. The flights were included but then we had to pay over £300 to complete booking! The holiday was mis-sold the price was not transparent.”

“I bought the Wowcher deal and was then given the option of poor flights with long stop overs (not direct flights). I said I wanted to cancel but was told I couldn’t because I had redeemed the voucher. I had to accept a lesser star accommodation and pay more money to upgrade to day a direct flight. I recommended anyone thinking about a Wowcher trip check out the reviews on Prime Holidays.”

“Extremely poor. Landed up coating 3 times that amount atleast. And prime holidays. Should never. Never. Be part of a holiday advertisement by you. They are a con. Out and out con. Read reviews on them. I wish I had before wasting my money on one of your products.”

“Redeemed the wowcher to be told our flight was via Stuttgart (for 7 hours!) and then flying to Katowice instead of Krakow. Told Prime Holidays it doesn’t state indirect flights to which I was told it doesn’t state direct flights either! We had to pay an extra £90pp for direct flights. Communication was appalling and I would never book with Wowcher/Prime Holidays again. Luckily, after paying the extra, we got flights and fairly central apartments but it was stressful whilst trying to get what I paid for. Wowcher were not supportive in this matter at all.”
