“It was a reasonable choice I made,considering it was my first time! However the "delivery charge" was not mentioned in the original offer! So it was a bit surprising to see it pop up at the end of the transaction! The delivery process too was rather ' shocking ' ! I say this since I wasn't home when the parcel arrived and my wife requested the man to bring it up a flight of stairs,to the apartment, and he was like" with 57 deliveries to do"........ and eventually brought it in,but crashed it angrily on the floor,nearly breaking them!! Quite dissappointed I must say,after having paid £5.99 for the service!! DONT KNOW IF I WILL ORDER A DELIVERY AGAIN!?!!!”
