“Didn't rate my order as I have still not received it! Received a message from Yodel saying they had tried to deliver my order at 08.44am on Tuesday morning, knew this was a lie as I am never out at that time. About an hour later I received another message from Yodel saying my order had been damaged at their Depot and I would have to contact Beer 52 myself to sort this out. I emailed the company and got no reply, ended up phoning them this afternoon and spoke to someone. He explained that another order would be sent out ASAP, but instead of being a mixed hamper it would only be 4 bottles of white wine as the red wine was now out of stock. The guy was very nice and helpful, but I am disappointed I am not getting the mixed hamper, it was through no fault of mine. YODEL are the most unreliable delivery company going, always quick to lie first!! Would not recommend.”

“The wine arrived quite prompt, and included two snacks, which were ok. The wine looks good but as of yet we haven't tried it.”

“We had the white wine as the red wine had sold out. Not disappointed at all, the white wine was lovely, would highly recommend. The order was processed very quickly and we were kept informed at every stage including delivery. As mentioned above would highly recommend using Wine52!”
