“I was unable to redeem the voucher to gift to my friend for Christmas so contacted the company. Was told that I had to sign up to a wine club to redeem which I wasnt expecting and didn't want to do so I was going to cancel the wowcher when able..I received an email a few days later saying it had been gifted to an email address I have never heard of ! have contacted this company 3 times now to complain and arrange a refund but I am still waiting for someone to contact me ! I am really unhappy about this and would expect a reputable company to contact me by now. Needless to say they won't be getting my business in the future and I will be taking my complaint to Wowcher”

“Really terrible service, I ordered this from wowcher with a delivery date of December 24th December. I was then directed to beer 52 to pay another 5.99£ for delivery. The next communication from yodel was to expect delivery on 28th. I waited all day kn 28th it did not come. I then spoke with yodel who said it would come the next day. I waited all day the next day it did not come. I spoke to yodel today and they said it would be delivered by 9pm today. It is now 8pm and it is not showing as out for delivery. 3 days wasted. I actually used to subscribe to this company which was cancelled after a courier left my parcel on the pavement in the street and photographed it. It was not there when I arrived home and they refused to take any responsibility for their careless actions. This is my first using wine 52 since then and I can confirm they are still useless and incompetent. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AVOID THIS COMPANY”

“Disappointed with A.B.V. of wine,only 11---12% of mixed case I purchased. Unknown labels,basic information, and,yet costed out to nearly£6 a bottle after p+p!!. Not that good a bargain.”
