“Not a good experience so far. There was no battery charger in box just the charging wire. I contacted the given email address on Friday telling them no battery charger in box. On Monday got a reply saying would you accept £4 refund & you can buy one which I refused as I wouldn't know what type to buy. On Tuesday I got another reply would you accept £5. I now realise I am dealing with one of the companies that does this on EBay when parts are missing. Surely as the seller they could get battery charger from manufacturers.”

“This is not the same as the one that I ordered I've asked for an exchange but I'm not getting any response. Will you please sort it out. The oregenal one that I purchased back a few months ago and I'm very pleased with it I just thought I'd just get another just in case something went wrong with it hoping you can help thanks”

“More child's toy but a little dangerous for a child. Light and not very efficient but it was inexpensive and at the end of the day you get what you pay for.”
