“The motor was faulty or weak. I had the same make from Temu and had the same problem. It couldn't trim any grass and stopped working within seconds of using it. It cut less than a square inch of seeded grass . However, this was my experience; other customers might have a different one. But with 2 trimmers of the same make, there must be a quality issue with the manufacturing”

“Trimmer received on time, but it had spare blades missing. Contacted the supplier, they promptly were able to give full refund without any hassle. Also gave option to send a replacement, but I chose not to. 10/10 for customer services. Refund including postage on it's way.”
