If your item is eligible for returns, you can easily initiate the return through our return portal, just follow the steps below to return your item hassle-free: Go to "My Wowchers" or "My Voucher" and click on 'Need help?' for the item you wish to return. Look for the 'Want to return your item?' section. (If you don't see the 'Want to return your item?' section, please contact the merchant directly - their details can be located on the Wowcher/Voucher under merchant information) Select your refund option : "Wallet Credit" or "Cash" Click on the 'Start a Return?' button and follow the prompts to complete your return request. (If you don't see the 'Start a Return' button, follow the provided prompts to request a return or to contact the merchant directly.) Once your return is requested, you will receive an email containing a QR code and/or return label, just follow the instructions provided in the email to return the item. After the merchant receives your return, they will inspect the item then your refund will be processed within 5 working days from the time the merchant receives the return. Trimmer received on time, but it had spare blades missing. Contacted the supplier, they promptly were able to give full refund without any hassle. Also gave option to send a replacement, but I chose not to. 10/10 for customer services. Refund including postage on it's way.

There no review because I haven’t had it it’s a joke you taken my money and deliver charge and this was meant to be with on the 10/4/26 but no goods and no email explaining why

Not the best in sorry to say ,very difficult to operate .keeps cutting out . Flimsy construction. Photos and description on wowcher site overrated in afraid .but it was only £20 with postage ,so maybe I was expecting too much .
