“Good afternoon I’ve just started to unpack my 4 recently purchased steel shelf units and unfortunately there are no feet within the carton, which does appear to have been re-taped at 1 end. Please advise if these can be replaced. Kind regards Mo Smith”

“They most definitely aren’t heavy duty. They are flimsy and not at all like the description portrayed. The courier delivery was atrocious and their customer service was as bad. On the whole I was very disappointed”

“From the start I thought I was getting two shelving units but when the package was delivered it said "two shelves" which was confusing, so I tried to return the shelves, but I opened the package and it was a full shelving unit which I had ordered!! Worth the deal but explanation could be a lot better...”
