“I have wrote to Wowcher and no- one has got back to me. The shelves i opened had no instructions and also were not as described. They are described as heavy duty. They are not. They are the thinnest metal and hardboard that could have been selected. I have requested a return but for some reason I am expected to pay for postage. I am very dissapointed.”

“Good product and a great deal - only loses a star because some of the pieces which make up the shelves are just a wee bit flimsy, and the instructions weren’t all that good (though it is simple enough to work out).”

“Wish I had stuck to the first plan and brought the one from B&Q. Absolutely ridiculous item. Came in the slimmest box possible but yet I was charged £9.99 for delivery. Well over priced. Instructions are a joke. Tiny and not easy to read or understand. Quality is poor. Wobbly and flimsy. Just don’t waste ur money. I wish I hadnt”

“Unfortunately these shelves are not what I would describe as 'heavy duty steel'. The metal frame is quite thin and light. The shelves are very thin and too pliable. I would be very wary of putting anything weighty on them.”

“The product itself is not very good. not as described says it's heavy duty steel that's a laugh. pieces missing when contacting customer service through chat informed that I need to send it back for a refund. When I suggest that the supplier could just send the missing pieces they say this can't be done. got get it sent back for refund.”
