“The palm was under 5"5 Inches, was not Very happy. Ater contacting Gardening Express I got a response asking for photo evidence which I sent. Unfortunately there has been no response since, despite numerous attempts to contact them to raise this issue.”

“I ordered 2 of the said item- have only ever received one - as yet I have had no reply from gardening express - I am now £60 out of pocket and another £10 for delivery - very dissapointing - however the one I have received is good quality”
