“Arrived much quicker than estimated (glad I didn't pay extra for express delivery!). However, it looks nothing like the photo. It's over 7ft tall and looks really unhealthy; has clearly been grown too long in a small pot so is tall but not strong. Genuinely concerned about whether it will survive inclement weather. Outer leaves are in poor condition. Shared photos and concerns with Garden Express on Sunday and haven't heard back two working days later. I could simply return it but I'd have to pay the delivery...”

“I am waiting for a response to my email. Whilst the palm is ok, it's nothing like the picture, it's tatty with browning leaves. It's also very flimsy”

“The plant that I received is nothing like the picture. There is no trunk at all. Just a few tall leaves. I emailed the company to ask to send it back but got no response at all. Very disappointing.”

“I am 100% confident that I have been completely misled/conned. The description & accompanied advert photo was of GIANTXXL TREE - I ordered/paid for 2. I did NOT GET WHAT WAS ORDERED/PAID FOR!!! Only 1 pathetic plant ( not a a XXL tree was delivered which I immediately told the delivery driver was not correct and I did not accept - he ignored me and ‘did a runner’. I made a clear written complaint but no reply - PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP to 100% fully refund me immediately. I will never buy from you again but will take Court action if you do not fully refund as requested.”

“Palm looks nothing like the photos and I feel somewhat deceived, although the plant is around 6ft 90% of that height is in the leaves, the trunk is only a few centimetres tall.”

“So disappointed when plant was delivered . Plant was packed in a box for delivery that was to short so the very clever person that packed it snapped the top 20inches of the plane and bent it over so it would fit. I emailed the supplier with details and photos and was told that was not good enough. So emailed more photos of plant and box and am now left waiting. This plant should have been exchanged by return of post no questions asked.”

“It's big and is lovely but looks nothing like the pic in the add. Very long delivery time of over three weeks, when Woucher had given a delivery time of one week. This has really put me off both companies and is the reason for three stars, not five”
