“Should have been delivered by 1st August and eventually came on the 11th after multiple emails to the company,when it arrived it was well packed in a cardboard box but the tree had obviously been in this box for a while and had had no previous watering so was extremely dry with at least two thirds of the tree being dead,I shall not be purchasing through Wowcher again,the photos are 5 days after watering and feeding”

“Not even convinced it’s the same type of tree that is in the marketing photos to be honest! Yes it has long stems but the actual trunk is not mature like those shown! Anyway I will include a photo so people know what they will get. It arrived in a plastic pot. Nothing ornamental.”

“Lovely palm treesbut I wanted to balance them and they were different sizes in a structured layout up and down trees doesn’t look very good. I wish I was given a chance to to be to say do you need palms to be the same height just to make it that little bit better visually on a structured layout”
