“This is not what it seems on the advert. It does not feel as if there is any memory foam and it is very soft. I would advise not to buy it”

“Absolute rip off. The cheap mattress they sent me is being collected Tuesday to go back. Not the same as advertised. Cheap £50 spring mattress arrived. Had to pay to have it delivered and now paying to send it back. Wowcher were no help in this situation also. Want my money back and I’m done with Wowcher. It’s not the first time I’ve been ripped off by one of the sellers here and Wowcher has offered no support. Stay away from this place. It always rips you off.”

“Cheap and nasty, not as described , contacted both Wowcher and the selling merchant , neither has done anything about resolving my issue , will be contacting trading standards”

“Not what is advertised. the company also don’t communicate, never seen any sort of gel memory foam does not look anything like what is advertised, trying to send back and get my money back, not having much luck on getting it sent back and get my money back. Not happy at all, Wowcher should be looking out for these scams and stop them from happening”

“This is not the mattress advised. Beyond ridiculous. This is a very poor, cheaply made sprung mattress. It's even stained. There is not an ounce of gel memory foam in this. Just unwrapped and could hear the springs pinging. Just awful. Will be returning. I want a refund”
