“I am by no means an expert on mattresses - so don’t hang me, but we are finding this new mattress a bit on lightweight side. Our previous mattress was an orthopaedic type; quite firm and supportive - seemed miles better quality for the same money. This one is very softly sprung (and in our opinion, a little on the flimsy side). The advert said extra-thick, but it is much thinner than our previous one and when you ait on the edge; top and bottom almost touch. Like a childs mattress. I appreciate it was on the budget side of the marketplace, but had I paid full price I’d be really disappointed. Like I said, I’m no mattress expert but we are not keen and to be honest I’d love to swop for a much firmer one (even if a £100 more). I get the feeling this one won’t last - my wife is 10 stone and me 16 stone. This doesn’t seem quite right for us. I am already feeling an ache in my lower back - so if there’s any chance of an upgrade. Please help or advise accordingly. Sorry, but gotta be honest.”

“Do not buy worst mattresses I ever had cheap nasty nothing inside. Memory foam? Gel? They are disgusting I had a double and a single. When you lie on ut it sinks down to before it inflated, complete waste of money plus the £ 50 I was charge although both mattresses were ordered same time from sane company a right rip off!! 50£ delivery charge for a pile of junk.”
