“Total nightmare and still waiting - I’m an OAP and had bought 2 of these offers one for myself and the other for my granddaughter. That was in November and my granddaughter tried to work with the company and had no success whatsoever!!! But to be honest I’m making contact again to see if ANYONE can assist me as I don’t think it’s fair that I have paid for 2 products and none worked and no one cares!!!”
