“At first I wasn't sure about buying this, especially at the price offered. In the end I had to. Shortly after purchase the code came through and I went to Zak Learning site to get the software. They send a sheet of instructions, which at first looks very daunting, but if you take a deep breath and follow it exactly, it all works and you have a fully installed working Microsot Office. The download is quick, but the installation does take a while and at times you think is it still working ... well it is. Just let it run.”

“Total waste of money, I expected to download and type in the access key, no you have to download then make a phone call and answer a series of question. I didn’t do this as I find it daunting having to call people I don’t know, so money down the drain”
