“So happy to have managed to get this at such a good price after my free Microsoft 365 package ran out. I only use the basics - mainly Word and Excel - so this is just perfect for my needs. The stars are for the product itself, BUT the experience via Wowcher wasn't great at all. I was sent a code but not told where to put it nor how to download. The link took me back to the Wowcher site and having once again navigated my way through all the disruptive ads, I was sent to something that has to be scanned by a smartphone, which I don't have. Some wording next to that said to look out for an email if you can't download from the picture. Nothing forthcoming in an email at all. In the end, I looked up the company selling the voucher myself, input my code there and voila - the experience began. It was still a very difficult process since no info was given as to how to effectively remove old Microsoft items from your computer (I had to find that out via Google). If only everything had been put in one email on purchase, the experience would have been so much better. Still, with a bit of a headache and working things out myself, I now have Word and Excel at a great price.”
