“A code was granted it failed to work. I contacted Zak. Another code was granted that looked like it was working then at the end the code failed. Contacted Zak again and a further way of opening up the Microsoft office programme was offered. I felt something wasn’t right with this company and decided not to follow the instructions incase my computer gets a virus. Feel like I have wasted £25. Would not read to anyone.”
