“downloaded and installed with no problem, went to activate on MS site , informed number of registrations for that key had been exceeded, contacted "Zak-Learning" they provided me with new key, went to activate on MS site same message ,tried to phone MS, no longer supported . Still have not activated it after three hours of repeated attempts despite excellent and prompt help from "Zak-Learning" the problem is MS with overcomplicated procedures to register their products .”

“I was very disappointed in this way of buying thru a voucher system to be exchanged somewhere else,and I was actually conned because I did not get my product,instead I got a stupid gimmick of a voucher to be exhanged on another site called wowcher then to actually receive my product I had to wait for a product codewhen I got my code I proceede to try and download my product which was MS Office 2019,it informed me that it downloaded It had not because I didnt have office on at all,then I had a message to say before we finish installing your product please enter the product key,I didnt have this,the whole thing was a total nightmare,and one thing I am sure of and that is that I wont be buying any More items from this site,nor give any recommendations to anyone.”
