“The price seemed great but found the mattress in the flesh very flimsy. It's early days but for a heavier individual feel the mattress won't be supportive. In hindsight think mattresses always need to be tried in the flesh.”

Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “The mattress is very comfortable and a great price, but can’t help feel let down over the purchase and delivery!! To redeem 2 code from 1 order ended up costing me another £20 in delivery because only 1 of 2 mattress was delivered!! This has wasted my time and fuel on behave of dpd who delivered.. when requesting a refund on delivery it was ignored and it’s a stressful process also, my kids unfortunately suffered at the hands of this and had to share a bed for the weekend and a few days after..! Not overly happy with this outcome if truly honest.!”
