“I have not received my parcel. I live on the 8th floor. No one rang my doorbell. I have limited mobility and when my son got here to look for it it was no where to be seen. I would like a refund please.”

“Very unimpressed with the entire process. Paid for speedy delivery and was stuck with Evri for over a week! All complaints apart from one were ignored. Parcel then turned up and was left outside with no knock on the door and the packaging was completely damaged, so much so they had covered it with plastic and taped it down. I am yet to see if the inside is damaged. When trying to complain all you get is a robot or online chat. Cannot speak to a human no matter what options you go through. Overall disappointed.”

“Didn't think it would be so good when it arrived as it it came in a vacuum packed bag,but when we opened the back it just immediately sprung into shape. My son loves how comfortable the mattress is and is now getting a good deal of sleep.”
