“It stated on the advert that it was 23cm depth, but when it arrived vacuume packed and was opened and left for the recommended time to settle, it was only 15cm in depth. It also had a strong chemical smell and the back material was very flimsy. I did however get a full refund with no issues.”

“I’m very disappointed, the description and image made the product look full and supportive, but the reality is it’s thin and could. I bought it for a guest bed, but regret it, as would be embarrassed to offer it as a bed, even for a night. HELP, can I return it please?”

“The mattress is made to a below standard quality. It's not robust and therefore not able withstand my sole weight @85kg There is significant sagging and lumps unsuitable for purpose. Causing me sleepless nights and excruciating back ache. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone!!!!!”
