It stated on the advert that it was 23cm depth, but when it arrived vacuume packed and was opened and left for the recommended time to settle, it was only 15cm in depth. It also had a strong chemical smell and the back material was very flimsy. I did however get a full refund with no issues.

I’m very disappointed, the description and image made the product look full and supportive, but the reality is it’s thin and could. I bought it for a guest bed, but regret it, as would be embarrassed to offer it as a bed, even for a night. HELP, can I return it please?

The mattress is made to a below standard quality. It's not robust and therefore not able withstand my sole weight @85kg There is significant sagging and lumps unsuitable for purpose. Causing me sleepless nights and excruciating back ache. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone!!!!!

I have not received my parcel. I live on the 8th floor. No one rang my doorbell. I have limited mobility and when my son got here to look for it it was no where to be seen. I would like a refund please.

Ordered two, only received one. No way of getting hold of desire beds. Very disappointed will not use Wowcher again

Very unimpressed with the entire process. Paid for speedy delivery and was stuck with Evri for over a week! All complaints apart from one were ignored. Parcel then turned up and was left outside with no knock on the door and the packaging was completely damaged, so much so they had covered it with plastic and taped it down. I am yet to see if the inside is damaged. When trying to complain all you get is a robot or online chat. Cannot speak to a human no matter what options you go through. Overall disappointed.
