“It has helped me with night sweating as I just started with perimenopause. There are some traditional herbs used in this complex, which we oriental people use for supplement throughout our life. So, my mother must be right to have incorporated them into my monthly health care all those years ago. Since I could not find those herbs sold in UK easily, this is one of the supplement that I found to have that herb to boost my adrenal gland health. Thank you and keep up the great quality!”

“Having starting to suffer from Menopause, and tried different tablets, I was advised not to down the HRT route because of Breast Cancer in the family. I have been looking for a natural remedy for the menopause symptoms: hot flushes, weight gain, mood swings, sleeplessness and general all round irritability. After much research I opted for food/plant based alternatives and have found them in Wild Nutrition's product. The product has been a life-saver. No more hot flushes, mood swings. It hasn't helped with everything but definitely most of the symptoms. A very good product!”

“This supplement stopped my hot flashes and reduced my headaches which really improved my sleep. Sadly though it also gave me a low grade stomach ache and so I have had to stop taking it. Hence only 3 stars.”

“I ordered this product at the beginning of the year. Within 6 weeks of taking the product I noticed that I had a rash on my face. I spoke to Wild Nutrition and was informed that it could not be caused by the Menopause Complex as it was a natural product. I continued to take the product and the rash seemed to get worse. I decided to research some of the ingredients in the product and found that if you have had previous liver problems one of the ingredients - Ashwagandha can result in a skin rash. I had spoken to Wild Nutrition on numerous occasions and they never informed me about this. I stopped taking the product about 1 and a half months ago now, but still have the skin rash and have been advised to take liver supporting tablets to help cure the rash. I would like other customers to be aware of this. I feel that Wild Nutrition should be aware of possible side effects that some of their ingredients can cause.”
