“I took this remedy for a couple of months then stopped to see if I could see a difference. My overall well-being showed that I had been benefitting from it so I bought another course and feel I am back on track. To go from not knowing which way to turn to have only mild anxiety and occasional insomnia is tremendous. I have been able to return to light exercise and my creativity and enthusiasm have improved. I have found taking 2 tablets at teatime to be the most effective for me. Since taking it, my desires for chocolate, salty snacks, bread and tea have dropped. I now prefer healthy dietary options and attribute that to the milk thistle. The one thing I have noticed is how my body wants regular behaviour in sleep, food, exercise. I don't seem to be able to cope with missing a meal, late nights or overdoing the exercise. There is a very fine line to each of these aspects. So my advice would be to take this remedy, listen to your body and work with it. Learn the best time to take it and respect that it is to help you to help yourself.”
