After reading reviews I purchased this product and within a couple of days it was delivered in two undamaged boxes we were looking forward to putting it together at the weekend. Assembly was a breeze everything was packed well and instructions well thought out. It did need two people as some parts are 3m in length. But every part fitted with no problems. We had fun doing it . Great product thanks again .”
“Amazing, product and cusotmer service. Before purchasinbg the prodcut I spoke with customer service about the installation process. they were qauick to advice and were very helpful.The installation is completed by a seperate company, but you would not know this as tie whole process is seemless.
The guys that came and delivered and installed were on time, friendly and quick with the set up .I would definalty recommend.”
“Had been looking at various Pergalo’s for a long time and found this one online from Whitestores, which was an ideal size for the available space. Has all the features and looks of the more expensive products and took about 4 hours to construct by mainly one person, but definitely recommend 2 people for ease. Finished product looks great and definitely worth the money. Communication and Delivery was excellent, now only need the SUN.”
