“From ordering the wheelchair to it's final collection the process went really smoothly. The staff on the telephone were pleasant and reassuring. The chair was delivered the next day as requested. The chair was easily assembled and the extension leg support was adjustable to suit. The chair was robust and putting it into the back of the car was taxing. This might be too much for a person less able than myself. Altogether the chair was vital for my wife's wellbeing and I'm pleased we hired it. I would recommend this company if asked.”

“The wheelchair with elevated leg rest worked perfectly for my needs as I was unable to even rest my leg down following surgery for 6 weeks. The wheelchair worked as expected as is properly maintained. Having it self propelling was also so much easier. My husband found the wheelchair easy to collapse and light enough to lift into the car. The wheelchair was comfortable too.”

“As above the leg rest came undone too easily when out and needed a LOT of force to tighten it using the Allen key. The seat belt keeps falling down and can get caught up when you fold and unfold the chair which was quite annoying as well- especially in the early days when I was least mobile and had to keep getting in and out and trying to stand whilst we found and untangled the seat belt.”

“The wheelchair was just what was required. The only reason we gave 4 stars was because the padding on the left of the knee was very firm and not comfortable for being in the chair for long periods of time. We ended up putting some soft material next to it in order to cushion the pressure.”
