Dear Shiona, Thank you for your review, any feedback we get on our service and our products is extremely valuable. Apologies that you found the Elevated Leg Rest to be faulty, all our equipment is checked and serviced before leaving our premises. Unfortunately this was overlooked on this occasion. If we were made aware that the leg rest was received as faulty we would have sent out a replacement straight away. As a gesture of good will we will refund a week’s hire charge for any inconvenience this may have caused you. “I broke my ankle about this time last year .I came home from A&E with a walking frame and arm crutches. both I hated. I found them really dangerous around the house and fell over a couple of times maybe that was due to myself,most people find them OK I suppose. so I decided to try a wheelchair, rented bye your company. what a difference , it was indeed FREEDOM.I used it very successfully for guite a few weeks and would recommend your company to anyone, everything was carried out very efficiently. and the delivery, and staff very good indeed thank you.”

“When I recently fractured my ankle & needed a wheelchair for short-term use I found WheelFreedom to be the most reasonably-priced, simple-to-arrange company. Being able to book a separate leg rest was an added bonus, and the ease with which I was able to extend the rental period was brilliant. I was able to arrange and take delivery within 2 days. The return procedure was equally as easy. I really can’t fault WheelFreedom at all and - if I’m ever unlucky enough to need another wheelchair - they would be my first choice without hesitation.”

“I wasn't quite sure what I needed initially. By the time I ordered the chair with a heavy plaster of Paris still on my ankle I needed the leg rest. I maybe could have done without the leg rest having gone to # clinic a week later. However it was very useful and it was just before Christmas so I was trying to cover all eventualities ! Great delivery time, very lightweight, easy to put together ! Thank you, I have told several people about this already.”
