“These so make a difference to any symptoms I'm having!!! I did stop them for a while because I didn't think it could be them helping but i missed the calmness they help me achieve so started back up!!!”

“A friend recommended these to me as she'd been using them and had noticed an improvement in her menopause symptoms. I've been using them for about 3 months now and can say that I'm definitely feeling more positive and have more energy . I still have joint ache niggles, but I think that's more down to the winter weather. Overall, a great supplement and I would definitely recommend it.”

“Was skeptical at first but will be on my 3rd month have noticed a drastic change in my hot flushes have really calmed down and in turn my sleep has improved will certainly carry on so happy I started these”

“I can't recommend this product enough, as someone who has had breast cancer and unable to take HRT these supplements have been a life saver. I have hardly any menopausal symptoms now and I just feel better in myself which is good as I was really struggling. Just try them and see for yourself.”
