“I’ve been taking this supplement for about 8 weeks now. I definitely feel I get less hot flushes, and I feel a bit more balanced and not so short tempered. It’s still early days, but I do think the above symptoms have improved.”

“I've been taking this product for just over 2 months. Thought I'd give it a go after deciding to stop HRT. I can honestly say that I feel more balanced mood wise than when on HRT, and definitely feel more energised. It's still early days but happy so far”
