Hello Amreetpal, thank you for your taking the time to leave us a review. This is highly unusual but because we are dealing with natural ingredients what might have builded tolerance to some of the active ingredients on this formula and for this reason the symptoms might have resurfaced. We would advise to take a break of around 2 weeks to a month and then start taking these again and see how you feel. Diet and lifestyle is also very important. We would recommend to increase fibre and perhaps introduce wholegrain carbohydrates, increase brassicas and generally increase fruit and vegetable intake. Healthy fats and Lean proteins/plant-based proteins are also important as well as reduce alcohol. If you have any further queries do let us know, we are here to help. Nicole

“After completing my one time box I decided to continue taking Feel Menopause tablets as I really feel so much better. Energised and far less 'low' and also minimal hot flushes now which was the one thing that really bothered me. I am looking forward to more results moving forward but would definitely recommend.”

“I decided to try these as HRT wasn’t agreeing with me but I still had some pesky symptoms, particularly hot flushes. These definitely had worked on the hot flushes. I just wish they were as expensive.”
