“Been taking the menopause supplements for 3 months now and definitely recommend them. For the last 10 years I have had problems with breast lumps that have gradually got worse and worse, my skin also started playing up about 5 years ago around the same time each month. I have tried lots of different supplements but these are by far the best, my skin is better and touch wood, the lumpy breasts have gone back to normal (my main concern with having a 6 year old), they've not really helped with my sleep or hormonal headaches but I don't care, they're still getting a 5 star review from me!”

Many of our customers notice a positive change within 2 to 3 months, however, it is important to remember that everybody is unique and some benefits can be more subtle and felt gradually over time. Whilst hair, skin and nails are signs of improved health on the outside, there are so many more positive effects happening from within – such as heart & bone health, immunity, digestion and supporting your thyroid! “Almost completely stopped my hot flushes, anxiety and host of other hormonal problems. They worked quick too. Really rate them, have tried other herbal remedies but these really have made a difference. So glad I tried them before going down the HRT route.”

“I started out on the Feels basic vitamins for overall health and then went over to feel menopause. I started taking them religiously from Jan 2022, so it's been 7 months. I noticed that my nails wre growing like crazy, then whilst asking my hairdresser why I had all this sticky up hair (I thought it was breakages) she told me it's new hair growth Julie! At that point the sticky up bits were about an inch long. They are now 2-3 inches long! (Will try to show in a pic) onto the menopause tablets- I definitely have seen and felt a reduction in hot flushes. I'm sleeping better, I have only been taking these religiously this last month or so as I fell and was bed bound, however since being up and on my feet again I have definitely seen an improvement. I don't normally pay out for vitamins and health stuff as its a minefield but I'm so glad I came across Feel and tried them”
