“Harcostar 227 water butt from Waterbuttdirect This butt is solid and should last a long time. The stand is in several parts and I would have prefered a one piece stand - being more solid and firm to place the butt upon. The tap flows freely and lid fits firmly. The diverter kit is tricky to install but works as intended. Overall I'm pleased with the but. Overall delivery time from Waterbuttdirect was rather slow - the time from ordering to despatch was slow, but it all arrived safey in a cardboard box. Despite seeing a few poor reviews of Waterbuttdirect I'm happy with their service and would buy again from them.”

“This is very easy to fit and collects a lot of water from the downpipe. The supplied tap works really well, and the whole thing is nicely made and very sturdy. This is an invaluable way to harvest rainwater, and could be a plant-saver if you live in an area subject to droughts, or if you need rainwater for specific plants which will not tolerate tap water. I think that this is an excellent product and I am really glad I bought it.”
